Revenue Recovery Representative

In this role, you will resolve bank returned items, assist clients and branches, and help recover lost revenue while providing excellent service and a commitment to compliance with regulations including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and NACHA.

Candidates must be ready for a 6–8 week training schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), transitioning to 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM after completion, Once candidates move to 11am-8pm EST shift, they have ability to go home on lunch and work from home to close out their shift on days they are in the office. Remote two days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process and resolve all returned banking items, ensuring timely recovery of revenue.
Provide quality customer service to internal and external clients, educating on resolution processes and alternative service options.
Develop and maintain knowledge of products, including Taxpay, Direct Deposit, Readychex, Garnishments, 401(k), Workers Compensation, Health and Benefits, National Health FSA, FSA Debit Card Advantage, and their systems.

Research and resolve product/service issues from clients and field offices; manage client objections with mentor support.

Perform daily processing of new and pending returned items for assigned products.
Handle EDI payment reports and payroll hold reports with mentor guidance to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
Maintain daily call requirements and departmental standards.
Evaluate client status to determine approved services while mitigating risk and exposure.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and skills.
Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
Inbound call, customer service, or call center experience required.
Experience in customer service, finance, accounting, or payroll preferred.
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access knowledge preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Collections or banking experience preferred.
Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace for remote days.
