Senior Analyst, Revenue Management (Contract – Medical Leave Coverage)

Orlando, FL | Hybrid (Onsite Mon–Thu, Remote Fri)

Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

$45–$55/hour

Start Date: March 30, 2026

End Date: November 27, 2026 (with potential to extend)

Location: Orlando, FL 32819 (Remote on friday)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Management to support a high-impact analytics team during a medical leave coverage period. In this role, you’ll leverage advanced analytical and pricing models to drive revenue optimization across the Parks’ guest-facing products, including Food & Beverage, Merchandise, and more.

This position plays a key role in translating complex analytics into actionable pricing strategies and executive-level recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and execute revenue management and pricing models reflecting price elasticity across guest-facing products (30%)
Analyze model performance, calculate demand sensitivity, and recommend pricing strategies to maximize profitability (25%)
Deliver weekly and annual pricing recommendations; partner with product owners and senior leaders to drive revenue growth (20%)
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics
Collaborate closely with data science and revenue management teams to troubleshoot modeling and optimization issues (15%)
Coach and mentor junior team members on pricing strategies, data analysis, and executive communication (10%)
Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety policies and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s or PhD preferred) in:
Industrial Engineering
Operations Research
Management Science
Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
5+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing analytics, or a related field

Required Skills & Experience

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
Proficiency in SQL; Python preferred for data analysis
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work through complex data and clearly communicate insights
Strong collaboration, interpersonal, presentation, and executive communication skills
