About the Role
The Revenue Analyst plays a key role in shaping financial strategy by analyzing historical data, identifying trends, and developing accurate revenue projections. This position partners closely with Finance, Sales, and Operational leadership to monitor performance against budget, evaluate key business drivers, and uncover opportunities to optimize revenue across multiple lines of service.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys turning complex data into clear recommendations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive better business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, refine, and maintain revenue forecasts across various business categories
Analyze historical performance to identify revenue patterns and emerging trends
Provide actionable, data-driven insights to improve forecast accuracy
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to evaluate budget performance and strategic initiatives
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review
Support scenario modeling, pricing evaluations, and strategic analysis
Identify revenue optimization opportunities across services, products, or customer segments


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills; BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) a plus
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly
Experience in forecasting, FP&A, or revenue management preferred
Background in service-based, operations-driven, or sales-supported industries is a plus (but not required)
