Client Support, Return Mail Processor (3 Month Contract)

Job Summary:
The Mail Operations / Data Entry Associate will work primarily independently to support daily mail handling and data entry tasks. This role involves processing return mail, logging information into internal systems, and preparing outgoing packages. The individual will also assist with related administrative and customer service functions to ensure smooth business operations and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Receive and log return mail daily into the designated system.
Prepare and organize outgoing mail packages for delivery.
Contact clients as needed to verify or update business addresses.
Ensure all interactions and resolutions adhere to policies and procedures.
Deliver quality service to clients via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of relevant systems, including HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, and ORS.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently while maintaining prioritization and organization.
Assist with additional administrative and data-related tasks as required.
Lift and move materials weighing up to 10–20 pounds as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in mailroom operations, data entry, or administrative support preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with data entry systems or CRMs (Salesforce experience a plus).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
