Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship management.
- Leverage existing industry relationships and an established book of business to generate immediate revenue opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with executive leaders, operational stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
- Manage ongoing client relationships while identifying opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Partner with internal operations and leadership teams to support smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Maintain consistent sales activity, pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue production.

Compensation and Benefits

- Base salary: $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year.
- Commission: 10% commission on all new client revenue generated during the client’s first year.
- Commission: 5% commission on client revenue generated after the first year.
- Commission: 2.5% commission on client revenue generated after five years.

- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales and business development experience.
- Ability to bring an established client list or existing book of business capable of generating meaningful revenue opportunities.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals and producing measurable revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to navigate executive-level conversations and complex sales cycles.
- High level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and social awareness.
- Self-motivated, competitive, results-driven, and accountable with a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting, follow-up, and revenue production discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

- Established relationships within retail, commercial services, telecommunications, municipal or government, toll road services, credit card and payment processing, banking and financial services, or related B2B service industries.
- Experience selling to executive-level and operational decision-makers.
- Background in relationship-driven sales, consultative selling, or business development.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals in a competitive environment.
