Job Title: Retail Center Sales Consultant
Schedule: Full-Time | Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Overview:

We’re seeking a Retail Center Sales Consultant to join our team and help support customers in navigating health, wellness, and income protection solutions. This role is pivotal in achieving sales, renewal, and retention goals, while building strong community relationships.
What You’ll Do:
As a Retail Center Sales Consultant, you’ll provide a consultative experience for prospects and existing members, match their needs with product solutions, and help drive enrollment and retention efforts through in-center services and community outreach. You’ll also support business development activities, manage leads, and contribute to the overall success of the center.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Engagement:
Deliver expert-level consultations to customers on health and income protection products
Conduct plan comparisons and present product solutions
Handle lead follow-up, outbound calls, and campaign outreach to meet sales and retention goals
Support enrollment efforts through education meetings and center-based services
Promote additional member services and cross-sell products
Community Engagement & Business Development:
Build partnerships and participate in local events to raise awareness of retail center offerings
Execute a personal development plan to grow community presence
Travel locally to assist with on-site enrollments and community events
Center Operations:
Greet customers, assess needs, and guide them to appropriate services
Assist with tours, events, and seminars in the center
Track and record visitor interactions and service outcomes
Requirements:
2-15 or 2-40 license
High school diploma or GED required
0–1 year of relevant experience (sales, customer service, or healthcare a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Experience with health insurance products preferred
Public speaking and networking experience a plus
