Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Rep, you'll be the heart and soul of our customer interactions, ensuring each experience is seamless, positive, and memorable. You'll tackle inquiries, solve problems, and provide support with a friendly demeanor, ensuring our customers feel valued and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:

-Be the Face of Our Brand: Greet customers via phone, email, and chat, delivering top-notch service with every interaction.
-Solve with a Smile: Address customer issues promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for positive experiences.
-Educate and Inform: Help customers understand our products and services, guiding them to make informed decisions.
-Upsell services and products

Location: Millington
Hourly rate: $16
Store operates Monday-Sunday from 8:00 am – 6:30 pm - Must be flexible/available working weekend days.
