Retail Customer Service Associate

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee customer interactions at location and ensure customer service standards to promote and grow customer relationships and increase overall sales and profitability for location.
• Upsell services and products
• Excellent communication and ability to get connected in the community and build relationships
• Attention to detail and ability to be flexible and work at a fast, efficient pace is imperative for success.

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and ability to connect with the community and build relationships
• Attention to detail and ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace
• 2 years’ experience in a sales or customer service role highly preferred
• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be on feet all day
