We are seeking a Restaurant Store Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Valencia, CA. This role is ideal for a bilingual restaurant leader with experience managing a high-volume quick-service or fast food location.
The Restaurant Store Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead and develop team members, control labor and food costs, maintain compliance standards, and ensure guests receive fast, friendly, and consistent service. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, food preparation standards, customer service, inventory, cash handling, and closing procedures.
- Hire, train, coach, supervise, and develop crew members, leads, and assistant managers while addressing performance issues as needed.
- Control labor, food, beverage, and supply costs through effective scheduling, inventory management, ordering, waste control, and operational follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, food safety requirements, security practices, OSHA standards, and local, state, and federal regulations.
- Oversee cash management, POS system administration, register audits, safe audits, bank deposit preparation, revenue reconciliation, and invoice review.
- Resolve customer complaints and incidents while maintaining high guest satisfaction, service quality, cleanliness, and restaurant inspection standards.
Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $56,000 to $65,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Lead full restaurant operations for a high-volume quick-service restaurant location.
- Manage hiring, training, scheduling, performance coaching, labor control, and team development.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, food safety, cash management, POS administration, and daily operational reporting.
- Maintain customer service, compliance, cleanliness, equipment, and restaurant performance standards.
- Bilingual Spanish is required.
- 3 to 5 years of restaurant management experience is required.
- Must have management experience from a high-volume fast food or quick-service restaurant chain environment.
- Must be available to work weekends and flexible restaurant operating schedules.
- Ability to customarily and regularly direct the work of two or more employees.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant labor management, scheduling, crew training, inventory control, food cost control, and cash handling.
- Experience managing POS system functions, including employee updates, wage adjustments, cards, inventory cost adjustments, and report review.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English through speaking, reading, and writing.
- Professional communication style with strong leadership, teamwork, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain high standards for attendance, appearance, work quality, safety, food handling, and guest service.
- Ability to reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 50 pounds or less.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Unit Manager, General Manager, or Store Manager experience in a high-volume quick-service restaurant.
- Experience improving guest satisfaction scores, inspection results, customer feedback, or secret shopper performance.
- Current or prior food safety certification.
- Strong background developing crew members into leads, assistant managers, or future managers.
