Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Store Manager for a direct hire opportunity in North Hills, CA. This role is ideal for a restaurant leader with a strong background in high-volume quick-service restaurant operations.
The Restaurant Store Manager will lead daily restaurant operations, build and coach a strong team, manage labor and inventory controls, uphold food safety and operational standards, and deliver an excellent guest experience. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Recruit, interview, hire, coach, direct, and develop team members while addressing performance, promotions, status changes, and terminations as needed.
- Control labor, food, beverage, supply, and operating costs through effective scheduling, inventory management, ordering, audits, and revenue reconciliation.
- Oversee cash handling, register audits, safe audits, bank deposit preparation, invoice reconciliation, and Point of Sale system administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, labor laws, safety regulations, employee documentation, and required certifications.
- Resolve customer concerns, maintain strong guest satisfaction, support secret shopper performance, and ensure the restaurant meets operational checklist standards.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $56,000 to $65,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.

- Schedule requirement: Must be available to work weekends.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Lead overall restaurant operations for a high-volume quick-service restaurant location.
- Manage hiring, training, scheduling, labor control, team performance, and employee documentation.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, food safety, cash handling, POS administration, and operational reporting.
- Drive guest satisfaction, store standards, profitability, compliance, and team accountability.
- Bilingual Spanish is required.
- 3 to 5 years of restaurant management experience is required.
- Must have experience with a large, high-volume quick-service or fast food restaurant chain.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, labor management, inventory control, cash handling, and food safety practices.
- Ability to hire, train, coach, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
- Ability to communicate in English through speaking, reading, and writing.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, organization, and leadership skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily store operations.
- Professional communication style with a strong focus on teamwork, attendance, appearance, and quality of work.
- Ability to comply with all company policies, safety regulations, and local, state, and federal laws.
- Ability to reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 50 pounds or less.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Unit Manager, General Manager, Store Manager, or senior Assistant Manager in a quick-service restaurant environment.
- Experience managing restaurant training programs, safety meetings, labor compliance, and operational audits.
- Familiarity with POS administration, inventory cost adjustments, restaurant reporting, and vendor or supply ordering processes.
