We are seeking a Restaurant Regional Trainer for a direct hire opportunity with a very popular fast food restaurant brand supporting multiple locations across Southern California and Las Vegas. This management-level role is ideal for a restaurant training and operations professional who enjoys developing people, improving consistency, and helping teams deliver exceptional food quality and guest experiences.
As a Restaurant Regional Trainer, you will lead training strategy and execution across 2 to 3 restaurant locations, working closely with operations, HR, marketing, and store leadership. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to shape training standards across a growing multi-unit environment. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and execute restaurant training programs across 2 to 3 locations in Southern California and Las Vegas.
- Identify team skill gaps and create engaging training content that supports operational consistency, food quality, and guest service excellence.
- Facilitate onboarding, compliance training, in-store learning sessions, and leadership development for restaurant teams.
- Support new product rollouts by training managers and team members on procedures, standards, and guest experience expectations.
- Partner with operations, HR, and marketing to align training initiatives with company goals and restaurant performance priorities.
- Track training effectiveness through KPIs, operational metrics, and feedback while mentoring store leaders to build certified training locations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $85,000 to $100,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Lead multi-unit restaurant training programs across assigned locations.
- Facilitate onboarding, compliance training, and operational training sessions.
- Support new product rollouts and ensure consistent execution of brand standards.
- Measure training effectiveness using KPIs and performance data.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in restaurant training, restaurant operations, or multi-unit food service leadership.
- Strong understanding of fast food, quick service restaurant, or high-volume restaurant operations.
- Ability to create, deliver, and evaluate training content for restaurant managers and team members.
- Strong communication, coaching, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify performance gaps and recommend training solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment across Southern California and Las Vegas.
- Ability to partner effectively with operations, HR, marketing, and store leadership teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting certified training locations or training store development.
- Background in quick service restaurant or fast casual restaurant environments.
- Experience with new product launch training, operational audits, or restaurant performance improvement initiatives.
- Bilingual communication skills may be helpful in a diverse restaurant team environment.
