Assistant Manager – Restaurant Operations

A rapidly growing multi-unit restaurant organization is seeking Assistant Managers to join its leadership team. This is a career-track opportunity with advancement potential into General Manager and Director-level roles.

What You’ll Do
• Lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume environment
• Supervise and develop teams of 15–20 employees
• Ensure excellent customer service, food quality, and cleanliness
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and basic financial reporting
• Support operational goals, sales growth, and team culture

What We’re Looking For
• Proven management and people-leadership experience
• Strong communication, accountability, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to complete a structured 5–6 week training program
• Must pass a background check and provide professional references

Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive salary range: $48,000 – $55,000
