AppleOne is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations, lead staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for a people-focused leader with experience in restaurant management, retail management, or hospitality leadership who enjoys working both front-of-house and behind-the-scenes.
We are open to training candidates with strong leadership potential and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily restaurant operations and shift leadership
Manage, coach, and motivate team members
Provide outstanding guest service and interact confidently with diners
Support staff scheduling, performance management, and basic HR functions
Ensure smooth front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
Use computer systems for scheduling, reporting, and operations
Uphold company standards for service, professionalism, and integrity
Required Qualifications
Excellent people skills and communication abilities
Experience managing or supervising employees
Comfortable engaging with guests and building relationships
Strong work ethic, honesty, and professionalism
Ability to work long shifts and a flexible schedule
Basic computer and administrative skills
Preferred (Not Required):
Restaurant assistant manager or restaurant supervisor experience
Retail management or hospitality leadership background
Knowledge of HR basics (scheduling, onboarding, employee relations)
Schedule & Availability
Wednesday – Sunday
10-hour shifts (approximately 12:00 PM – 10:00/12:30 AM, depending on the day)
Days off: Monday & Tuesday
Must be available to work:
Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day
Closed on:
Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, Easter, 4th of July, Super Bowl, Memorial Day, Labor Day
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay based on experience (DOE)
