Machine Operator / Forklift Operator – Direct Hire
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM–6:30 AM
We are hiring a Machine Operator / Forklift Operator for a direct hire opportunity in a manufacturing/warehouse environment. This position is responsible for safely operating production machinery, rotating across equipment and production lines, supporting shipping and receiving, operating forklifts, and helping maintain palletizing equipment.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience, strong attention to safety and quality, basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to work well in a team-based environment. Forklift certification is preferred, but candidates must at least be willing and able to become certified.
Responsibilities include setting up and adjusting equipment, monitoring product quality, maintaining production records, performing basic inspections and minor troubleshooting, transporting materials throughout the facility, loading/unloading shipments, verifying inventory, and supporting continuous improvement activities such as cleaning, inspection, lubrication, tightening, centerlining, and defect handling.
Candidates must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and temporary shift changes as business needs require. Reliable transportation, strong attendance, and the ability to wear required PPE are essential.
