Resident Specialist (Temporary Coverage)

Schedule: Thursday to Saturday Shift 1: 6:30 PM to 5:00 AM Shift 2: 10:30 PM to 9:00 AM
Duration: At least 1 month (temporary coverage)

About the Role: We are seeking two Resident Specialists to support a 24-hour staffed property serving a unique and vulnerable demographic. This is a resident-facing role that requires compassion, professionalism, and adaptability. The Resident Specialists will be responsible for: Maintaining visitor logs and other resident tracking logs. Providing resource referrals to residents. Performing light housekeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors. Maintain accurate and organized logs for visitors and residents. Assist with resource referrals and support services. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Qualifications Required: Customer service experience. Basic computer skills. Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks.
Preferred: Experience in social services or direct service in a social service setting. Trauma-informed approach to working with vulnerable populations. Familiarity with property management or affordable housing.
