We’re Hiring: Resident Services Coordinator – PSH/ICMS

Do you have a passion for helping others and building stronger communities? We’re seeking compassionate, motivated individuals to join our team as Resident Services Coordinators, supporting residents in Permanent Supportive Housing.

About the Role
You’ll play a key role in connecting residents to essential services, supporting their well-being, and creating a positive, inclusive community environment.

What You’ll Do
Conduct needs assessments and lead community meetings
Connect residents to housing, health, and social service resources
Build partnerships with local organizations
Track data and maintain compliance reporting
Support conflict resolution and coordinate activities
Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and staff


What We’re Looking For
Knowledge of LA County resources and public benefit programs
Experience working with diverse populations
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office (HMIS/ICMS a plus)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and advocate effectively


Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
OR 2+ years of relevant experience
OR equivalent combination
