CONTRATACIÓN COMO EMPLEADO REGULAR
LOCACION: Bayamon PR
SALARIO: Por comisión. Se cuenta con salario asegurado en caso de no comisionar ($10.50 p/h)
HORARIO: Lunes a Domingo (2 dias de descanso entre semana), 40 horas semanales.

ACTIVIDADES:
-Atención y asesoría a clientes identificando sus necesidades y preferencias para recomendarles el vehículo adecuado.
-Realizar pruebas de manejo con los clientes interesados.
-Gestión de venta de vehículos (negociaciones, cierre de venta y elaborar presupuestos).
-Gestión administrativa de ventas (coordinar financiamiento con entidades bancarias o financieras, verificar documentación necesaria y preparar contratos de venta).
-Cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas mensuales.

REQUISITOS:
-Diploma de escuela superior.
-Experiencia sólida en ventas de productos o servicios. NO se requiere experiencia en ventas de autos.
-Dominio de programas de computadora.
-Licencia de conducir vigente de Puerto Rico.
