Job Title: Reporting Analyst
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid)
Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid schedule — Monday–Wednesday in the Orlando office; Thursday & Friday work from home
Position Summary
The Analyst will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across marketing and web product teams. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to develop reporting, answer key questions related to web products and marketing initiatives, and deliver insights and recommendations to optimize business performance. Additionally, the Analyst will support digital marketing partners by hypothesizing, implementing, and measuring media testing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, collaborative, and enjoys leveraging a modern data stack to transform large datasets into actionable insights.
Qualifications
Required (Must Haves)
Strong background in Google Analytics
Working knowledge of SQL
Experience with Email Analytics, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative, analytics, or computer science–related field
Knowledge & Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience creating and using data visualizations to tell a clear, compelling story
Familiarity with extracting data from data warehouses (preferred)
Familiarity with modeling techniques (preferred)
Familiarity with media and ad effectiveness measurement and tools (preferred)
Familiarity with web analytics measurement (preferred)
Familiarity with email effectiveness measurement and tools (preferred)
Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of SQL
Experience with R or Python is a plus
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
Experience working with web and marketing technologies, including but not limited to:
Google Analytics
Adobe Analytics
Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc. (preferred)
Experience working with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, etc. (preferred)
Experience
Experience in a quantitative, data-driven field or equivalent coursework/academic projects
Hands-on experience mining large datasets in the context of marketing and/or web engagement
Experience building and presenting data-focused presentations to stakeholders
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist in dashboard development and maintenance using Power BI (20%)
Perform ad hoc analyses of marketing and web performance using Snowflake, BigQuery, Power BI, FullStory, and Google Analytics (50%)
Partner with internal stakeholders to support digital marketing testing initiatives (10%)
Support other analysts with recurring reporting distributed across the organization (20%)
