We are seeking a Repair Technician responsible for evaluating, repairing, inspecting, and performing preventive maintenance on surgical systems and equipment in a regulated medical device environment. This role requires strong knowledge of quality processes and strict adherence to ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.

The technician will create accurate repair quotations, complete repair documentation and data entry, perform inspections and testing to replicate and investigate device complaints, and review device master and history records for accuracy and compliance. The position also serves as a technical liaison with internal teams, customers, hospital operating room staff, biomedical technicians, and field service partners, supporting in-house and occasional on-site repairs.

Success in this role requires strong problem-solving, multitasking, time management, and communication skills, along with the ability to coordinate service activities, complete service forms, and follow up on parts, orders, and technical inquiries while maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures.
