Team Leader – Enrollment & Eligibility (Remote, U.S.)
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Location: Remote – Work From Home (Must Have Own Equipment)
Start Date: Tentative – March 2
Recruiting Focus: Preference for candidates residing in Missouri

BYOD / REQUIRED EQUIPMENT (MANDATORY)
This is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) position.
Candidates who do not meet all equipment requirements will not be considered.

Required:
-Reliable high-speed internet (20 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up minimum)
-Computer with Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5+, 4 GB RAM (8 GB preferred)
-Windows 10 or macOS 10.15+
-30 GB free storage
-Webcam (must be on camera during training)
-Second monitor

Position Overview
We are hiring Team Leaders to support an Eligibility & Enrollment program in Missouri. This role involves coaching a team, ensuring quality standards, and helping manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
-Lead and support team members; assist supervisors with performance oversight
-Conduct training and provide coaching
-Help maintain processes and documentation
-Collaborate across teams and facilitate meetings as needed
-Handle escalations and ensure accurate case work
-Perform quality checks and act as a subject matter expert

Minimum Qualifications
-High school diploma or GED
-2+ years of relevant experience
-Previous leadership/team lead experience preferred

Training
-Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST (30 days)
-Attendance is mandatory — no appointments or absences
-Missing training time may result in removal from the project

Schedule
-Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST
