Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, correspondence, and case files
Translate legal documents and communications between English and Spanish
Conduct legal research and summarize findings
Maintain organized case files and track case progress
Communicate with clients, courts, and other legal professionals as needed
Support with case prep for hearings, trials, and legal proceedings
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Strong understanding of legal terminology, documentation, and procedures
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with legal research tools and case management systems a plus
Immediate start available
