From password resets and login issues to questions about admissions, registration, and financial aid—you’ll be the go-to expert for resolving everyday tech and student service challenges.
Remote Help Desk Representative
Location: Remote (Must reside in Tennessee or Mississippi)
Schedule: Includes weekends
Compensation: Based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Responding to calls, emails, and chat messages with technical and student service support
• Troubleshooting basic hardware, software, network, and learning management system (LMS) issues
• Assisting with inquiries about admissions, course registration, payments, and financial aid
• Escalating more complex issues to higher-level support when needed
• Following detailed processes, scripts, and workflows for consistency
• Logging all support interactions using a ticketing system
• Meeting schedule expectations and performance goals in a fully remote environment

What You’ll Bring:
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong customer service skills and a patient, helpful attitude
• Ability to learn quickly and follow structured support procedures
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic computer troubleshooting
• Previous help desk or call center experience is a plus
• Experience in higher education or with LMS platforms preferred
• CompTIA certifications are a bonus
