Pay Rate: $19 per hour
Assignment Type: Fulltime Temp-to-Perm
Key Responsibilities
• Receive, assess, and screen incoming applications while proactively following up with clients to obtain required documentation.
• Validate and calculate income, determine eligibility, and process case referrals.
• Maintain regular engagement with program participants to ensure timely support.
• Provide basic education to clients regarding available program services and eligibility requirements.
• Partner with clients to set goals and ensure continuity of services and ongoing eligibility.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience, or a combination of education and experience.
Training Schedule
• Duration: 30 days
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. EST
• Candidates must have full availability during training.
• Pre-scheduled appointments or missed training time may result in termination.
Work Schedule
• Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST
Equipment Requirements
• Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) meeting provided Work-at-Home technical specifications.
• A functional camera is required. Agents must remain on camera during training sessions.
