We are currently hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to support state-based healthcare programs, including health insurance marketplaces, Medicaid, and Medicare enrollment assistance. These positions involve providing high-quality customer service over the phone, helping individuals navigate enrollment processes, address coverage inquiries, and make critical updates to their health plan information.

Position Overview
Job Title: Customer Service Representative II/III
Employment Type: Remote, Contract-Based
Location: TN, KY, AL, AR, MS
Pay Rate:
CSR II: $15.00/hour
CSR III: $17.00/hour
Bilingual (English/Spanish): $17.50/hour
Schedule:
Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET (100% attendance required)
Duration: 3–4 weeks depending on position level
On-camera participation required
Residency Period (Post-Training): 2–3 weeks of monitored performance
Standard Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 or 5:00 PM ET
Peak/Open Enrollment Hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET
Sundays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET
Occasional Saturdays may be required during enrollment periods
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from individuals seeking assistance with healthcare coverage options, eligibility, applications, and updates
Process enrollments, terminations, life event changes, and demographic updates
Accurately document all customer interactions in system applications
Provide clear, compliant support regarding Medicaid, Medicare, or marketplace plans
Escalate complex issues as needed and follow established protocols
Ensure HIPAA and privacy compliance in all communication
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay current on system changes and policy updates
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
6 months to 3 years of customer service or call center experience (depending on level)
Excellent communication, data entry, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply

Operating System: Windows 10 or MacOS 10.15 or newer (up to 12.5)
Internet Speed:
25 Mbps download (50 Mbps if shared)
5 Mbps upload (10 Mbps preferred)
Connection Type: Hardwired Ethernet (Wi-Fi and mobile hotspots not allowed)
Headset: USB-wired with microphone and noise suppression
Webcam: Required for training, meetings, and job preview
Workspace: Quiet, private environment free of distractions
Security: DeviceTRUST software will be installed for secure system access
