We’re seeking a Remote Customer Service Rep– Enrollment & Eligibility to support client application and eligibility processes in a remote setting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working directly with clients to collect information, validate data, and ensure accurate program enrollment.
?? Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
?? Location: Remote (Work from Home) – Open to candidates in the contiguous United States
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, assess, and screen client applications while maintaining proactive communication to gather any missing information.
• Validate and calculate income, determine eligibility, and manage case referrals.
• Engage regularly with program participants to ensure continued support and program compliance.
• Educate clients on core program services and eligibility requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and achieve program goals, ensuring continuity of services.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Training Schedule:
??? Dates: December 15 – January 28 (30 days, excluding Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and MLK Day)
?? Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Attendance during the training period is mandatory. Missed time may result in termination.
Regular Work Schedule:
?? Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Equipment Requirements:
• Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) meeting provided technical specifications.
• Functional camera required (agents must be on camera during training).
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
