We are actively seeking Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates for a remote customer service representative position. If you’re passionate about helping others and have experience in a call center environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career!
Position Highlights:
Location: Remote – Must live within 30 miles of Austin, TX
Start Date: TBD
Pay Rate: $20.80/hr with opportunity to increase to $22.30/hr after 1 year
Growth: Strong potential for internal promotion – client prefers to promote from within!
Requirements:
Language: Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of call center experience
Availability: Must be able to use your own equipment for the first 4 weeks of training
Tech Requirements (must meet or exceed):
Desktop or Laptop with Windows XP or newer
Internet: Minimum 25 Mbps download / 15 Mbps upload
8GB RAM
2.2 GHz processor
Microphone, keyboard, mouse, and webcam
What You'll Do:
Handle non-emergency customer service inquiries
Provide support in both English and Spanish
Deliver professional and empathetic service to all customers
