Job Title: Contract Recruiter – BPO Call Center (Remote)
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Contract Type: 3–6 Month Contract (with potential for extension)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for a leading BPO call center servicing a major financial client. This role is fully remote and requires a strong background in financial services recruiting, particularly in roles involving AML and KYC compliance. Client will supply the laptop.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for call center roles with a focus on financial services, AML, and KYC.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and tools.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet aggressive hiring targets.
Ensure compliance with client-specific hiring protocols and regulatory standards.
Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer processes.
Track and report recruiting metrics and progress to leadership.
Qualifications:
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a BPO or high-volume call center environment.
Proven success recruiting for financial services roles, especially those requiring AML/KYC knowledge.
Familiarity with remote hiring tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Experience with compliance-driven recruiting processes is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of financial regulations and onboarding requirements.
Experience recruiting for roles such as Fraud Analysts, Compliance Specialists, or Financial Customer Service Representatives.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Compensation:
