Direct-Hire, Remote Collections Representative
We are seeking an experienced and professional Remote Collections Representative to support customers with account resolution in a structured, high-volume environment. This full-time, work-from-home role is ideal for candidates with a mortgage or banking background who are comfortable handling sensitive financial conversations with empathy and confidence.
Pay & Incentives
-$22/hour
-$1,000 retention bonus paid after 6 months of successful employment
Schedule
-Full-time: 40 hours per week
-Monday–Friday schedule
-Every 3rd Saturday required
Available shift start times
-12:00 PM
Responsibilities
-Prior collections experience required
-Mortgage servicing, banking, or financial services experience strongly preferred
-Knowledge of compliance standards and regulated environments
-Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
-Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional in challenging situations
-Comfortable working with multiple systems simultaneously
-Ability to work independently in a remote environment
-Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace
Qualifications
-Prior collections experience required
-Mortgage servicing, banking, or financial services experience strongly preferred
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-Comfortable navigating multiple systems and applications
-Ability to work independently in a remote environment
-Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
-Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
