Candidates should have strong communication, documentation, and computer skills, with experience ranging from six months to two years in customer service, call centers, or related fields.

Most roles require a private, quiet workspace, a reliable hardwired internet connection (speeds vary by position), and appropriate equipment such as a headset and computer running modern operating systems. Schedules may vary and include weekday and weekend hours, with some overtime during peak periods.
