Are you an experienced Bilingual Paralegal with Oregon and Washington civil litigation experience? Our client seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage a busy caseload while supporting attorneys through every stage of litigation—from intake to trial. This is a REMOTE opportunity for candidates located in Oregon or Washington. What You'll Do: • Manage personal injury and wrongful death cases from intake through trial • Bilingual in English & Spanish • Located within reasonable distance of Seattle, WA for occasional court appearances • Bilingual in English & Spanish
• Draft pleadings, legal correspondence, discovery, and court filings
• Perform e-filing/e-service in Oregon and Washington courts
• Track court deadlines and maintain case files
• Order medical, employment, and other case-related records
• Coordinate depositions, trial preparation, and witness/expert materials
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, courts, and medical providers
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate
• Experience handling civil litigation cases in Oregon (Multnomah County) and Washington (King County)
• Strong knowledge of OR/WA court rules, filing systems, and litigation procedures
• Prior law firm experience required
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and legal case management software
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate
