We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative II or III to support consumer and business clients in a community banking environment. This role supports new and expanding branch locations and focuses on new account opening, relationship banking, and sales-driven client service.

Opportunities may be available in Menlo Park, Danville, or nearby branches based on branch openings and business needs.

Responsibilities
• Open and support consumer and business deposit accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and Trust & Estate accounts
• Process new account transactions and ensure accurate documentation, proper account titling, and digital recordkeeping
• Actively cross-sell banking products and services to meet client needs and branch goals
• Perform teller transactions as needed and maintain a strong balancing record
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations including BSA/AML, KYC/CIP, and information security requirements
• Partner with branch leadership and internal teams to support branch growth, customer experience, and retention

Qualifications
• Currently or very recently employed in U.S. retail or community banking
• CSR II: Minimum 1 year of banking experience with hands-on consumer account opening
• CSR III: Minimum 2 years of banking experience with consumer and business account opening
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML, KYC/CIP, and banking compliance
• Proven sales and cross-selling experience in a branch environment
• Proficiency with core banking systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset
