Seeking a customer-focused Relationship Banker with account-opening experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll build strong client relationships, provide financial solutions, and support both platform and teller functions in a collaborative branch environment.
What You’ll Do
• Open and service consumer and business accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, trusts, estates)
• Build relationships and recommend products based on client needs
• Support teller transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships and bring in new business
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations (BSA, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of banking experience with account opening • Experience in teller operations and customer service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales-minded with a consultative approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems
