Credit Analyst / Relationship Associate

Job Description
• Performs detailed financial and credit analysis in support of bankers and credit officers, ensuring complete and well-structured credit packages.
• Analyzes client financial information and prepares complete credit files for internal review and further evaluation.
• Acts as a key point of coordination between clients, bankers, and the credit team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant credit processing.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyzes client financial statements, bank statements, and supporting documentation to support the credit review process.
• Reviews account activity and bank statements to identify trends, risk indicators, and cash flow behavior.
• Prepares credit spreads and financial summaries for internal review.
• Ensures credit packages are complete, accurate, and properly documented prior to internal review.
• Maintains ongoing communication with clients to request, clarify, and follow up on financial and credit documentation.
• Tracks the status of credit requests and coordinates information between bankers and the credit team.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in credit analysis, financial analysis, banking, or a related financial services role.
• Strong ability to analyze financial statements, cash flow, and bank account activity..
• Solid understanding of credit processes and financial documentation requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools; experience with banking or credit systems is preferred.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance awareness.
