We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Officer to support and administer regulatory compliance activities related to the Internal Audit Program and inspections from regulatory agencies, including the FDA, as well as third-party certifying bodies and corporate auditors. This role is critical in facilitating and executing internal and external inspection processes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

Duration of Project: 12 months
Salary: $31.73 p/h
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including FDA inspections and third-party/corporate audits.
Facilitate the preparation and organization of documentation required for inspections.
Generate, analyze, and track reports related to audit and inspection activities.
Monitor and follow up on audit findings, commitments, and corrective action plans.
Verify the effectiveness and completion of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology or a related field.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality or regulatory compliance role.
-At least 5 years of industry experience.
-Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and audit processes (FDA, GMP, etc.).
-Technical background required to understand scientific principles supporting regulatory compliance.
