About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory Complaints Support Associate to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is essential in supporting the intake, triage, and distribution of regulatory complaints, ensuring strict deadlines are met and responses are handled accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage the intake and logging of regulatory complaints as they are received.
Triage and route complaints to the appropriate internal teams.
Track and monitor complaint status to ensure compliance with deadlines.
Assist with the preparation and shipping of complaint responses and related documentation.
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Maintain accurate and compliant records.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under time-sensitive deadlines.
High attention to detail, especially when performing repetitive tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in regulatory, compliance, or operations environments preferred.
Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar business tools.
