This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a highly engaged physician who is relocating and building a strong, upbeat team culture. This physician is very hands-on and involved in all aspects of the practice, creating an environment where team members are valued, empowered, and encouraged to take initiative. Schedule
Full-Time Day Shift
Start times between 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM
End times between 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Flexible scheduling based on full-time needs

Responsibilities
Perform catheter placements and provide urology-focused nursing care
Assist physicians and APPs with in-office procedures and treatments
Manage patient flow, scheduling, and follow-up care coordination
Provide patient education regarding procedures, medications, and treatment plans
Assess patient conditions and communicate updates to providers
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Support a fast-paced clinic while delivering compassionate care
Work closely with providers and staff to ensure efficient daily operations

Qualifications
Active Florida RN license (or eligible for licensure)
Minimum 5+ years of RN experience required
Prior Urology, ambulatory care, procedural nursing, or specialty clinic experience preferred
Strong assessment and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working independently and managing patient schedules
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
