We are recruiting a Registered Architect for a direct hire opportunity with a growing architectural and design services team in Nashville, TN. This role is ideal for a technically strong architect who enjoys leading project coordination, improving documentation quality, solving complex design challenges, and helping teams deliver well-executed architectural projects.
The Registered Architect will partner closely with Project Managers, Project Architects, and multidisciplinary team members to support high-quality project delivery from technical design through construction documentation. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical coordination and problem solving for complex architectural projects.
- Develop, review, and refine construction documentation using Revit.
- Evaluate code compliance, constructability, detailing, and technical accuracy throughout project delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure well-coordinated project outcomes.
- Support project quality control efforts and help reduce technical and delivery risk.
- Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
This position offers:
- Salary range: $120,000 to $130,000 per year however may go higher based upon skills, credentials and years of relevant experience.

- Travel: Periodic travel to project sites and other office locations, typically a few times per month.
- Lead technical architectural coordination for active design and construction documentation projects.
- Develop and review Revit-based construction documents.
- Support code compliance, constructability reviews, and technical quality control.
- Collaborate with project leadership and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated project solutions.
- Registered Architect credential is required.
- 5+ years of architectural experience is required.
- Strong technical design, detailing, and documentation expertise.
- Deep knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and architectural project delivery.
- Proficiency with Revit for construction documentation and technical coordination.
- Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to mentor team members and support a high-quality, team-oriented design environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting complex commercial, institutional, or multidisciplinary architectural projects.
- Prior experience working closely with Project Managers, Project Architects, consultants, and construction teams.
- Strong understanding of project risk reduction, documentation standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to participate in project site visits and coordinate technical solutions during construction.
