Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and management teams across multiple locations.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, labor performance, and overall operational execution.
- Monitor KPIs, identify performance opportunities, and implement effective action plans.
- Conduct regular restaurant visits to ensure consistent standards, service quality, and guest experience.
- Support recruiting, training, mentoring, and succession planning for restaurant leadership teams.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, company policies, and operational standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Oversee multiple restaurant locations and ensure consistent operational performance.
- Develop restaurant managers and leadership teams through coaching, training, and accountability.
- Manage sales, profitability, labor, P&L performance, and key operational metrics.
- Execute action plans that improve guest experience, compliance, and restaurant standards.

- Multi-unit restaurant management experience is required.
- 5+ years of restaurant operations experience.
- Experience managing P&L, sales performance, labor costs, and operational KPIs.
- Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently between restaurant locations.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety, compliance, and operational excellence standards.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
- Experience supporting leadership development, succession planning, or new manager training.
- Background working in a high-volume or multi-location restaurant environment.
