Regional Sales Manager – Equipment Commercial & Industrial Manufacturing
We are seeking a highly qualified Regional Sales Manager to develop and promote company products and services across designated territories in the U.S. (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts) and Canada near the border region. This is a direct-hire, professional sales role for an experienced individual who meets all required qualifications.

This position is responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining and expanding the existing customer base, and developing strategic sales initiatives to increase company profitability. The Regional Sales Manager will actively pursue new business opportunities, conduct customer outreach by phone, email, and in person, and maintain detailed salesforce records of all activities.
Candidates must have demonstrated experience in sales within the bakery or related food equipment industry, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to work independently across a multi-state and cross-border territory. This role requires frequent customer interaction, sales presentations, market analysis, and ongoing customer support to ensure successful product implementation and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Developing and executing regional sales strategies
Contacting potential customers daily via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Identifying sales prospects and analyzing customer needs and budgets
Conducting sales presentations and marketing product offerings
Maintaining long-term customer relationships and following up on quotations and leads
Monitoring market trends and recommending service improvements
Supporting dealers, trade show activities, and technical customer inquiries
Preparing weekly activity reports, travel plans, and expense documentation
Managing after-sales support in coordination with technical and maintenance teams
Minimum Qualifications (Must Be Met):
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education and experience
Proven sales experience in the bakery industry is required
Experience managing regional or territory-based accounts
Valid U.S. driver’s license and U.S. passport (travel required)
Ability to work near the Canadian border region supporting Canadian customers
Strong technical, customer service, and presentation skills
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms
This role offers a salary range of $95,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on experience, plus performance-related compensation.
