Human Resources Business Partner

Are you ready to join a company that values its people and encourages professional growth? We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide broad HR support and be a trusted resource for employees and leadership.
This is a hands-on role focused on employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary HR contact for employees and leaders regarding policies, procedures, and HR-related inquiries
Respond to HR requests via phone, email, and in-person with accuracy and confidentiality
Conduct employee relations investigations and escalate as needed
Complete and analyze exit interviews
Coach leaders on performance management, corrective action, and policy interpretation
Create HR reports, metrics, and presentations
Maintain accurate employee records including pay changes, promotions, and terminations
Assist with performance management planning and reviews
Support HR training initiatives (virtual and in-person)
Perform HR administrative and back-office functions such as data entry, reporting, filing, and correspondence
Support additional HR initiatives and projects as needed
*Qualifications*
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
Minimum 2+ years of Human Resources experience
Experience supporting **100+ employees**
SHRM-CP preferred
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* Experience with HRIS systems or ability to learn quickly
High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
