What You’ll Do
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients across various industries
Proactively identify and secure new business through strategic prospecting, networking, and referrals
Source, screen, and interview top-tier candidates to match client needs
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job intake to offer negotiation and placement
Consistently meet and exceed performance and revenue targets
What You Bring
Proven experience in a staffing agency environment (required)
Strong background in business development and client acquisition
Demonstrated success exceeding sales goals and building lasting client partnerships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
