The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an experienced, high-volume Recruiter who can hit the ground running. This isn’t a role for someone who likes to take things slow—we need a recruiting expert who can move at speed, shift priorities in real time, and deliver quality candidates across a variety of job orders.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Managing a constant flow of open positions—and moving fast to fill them
• Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across multiple industries and skill levels
• Navigating between job orders like a pro—no two days (or hours) are the same
• Partnering with hiring managers or clients to anticipate needs and exceed expectations
• Keeping candidates engaged and informed throughout the hiring process
• Staying organized, hitting your numbers, and keeping our ATS in check

What You Bring to the Table:
• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience (staffing agency preferred)
• A track record of working fast and placing faster
• Confident with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing strategies
• Able to stay calm in chaos and never drop the ball
• Strong communicator, self-starter, and team player
• Tech-savvy and results-focused
