This is a high-energy role for someone who is equal parts talent expert, relationship builder, and sales professional.
What You’ll Do:
Recruit, interview, and place top talent in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire roles
Develop new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits
Build and manage a strong pipeline of clients and candidates
Present staffing solutions and negotiate terms with clients
Manage job orders from intake through placement and follow-up
Meet and exceed weekly recruiting and sales performance goals
Maintain accurate activity tracking in the CRM/ATS system
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, staffing, or business development
Strong persuasion, communication, and closing skills
Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Professional presence with a consultative selling approach
