We are seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support recruiting and talent acquisition activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Cayey, PR. This contract opportunity is ideal for a bilingual recruiting professional with 1-2 years of experience who enjoys sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and helping create a positive candidate experience.
As a Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to support staffing needs, maintain candidate pipelines, and keep the hiring process organized and efficient. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where communication, follow-through, teamwork, and candidate care are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, networking platforms, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet position requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate experience, qualifications, availability, and interest.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to support a professional and positive candidate experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $19 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Location: Cayey, PR.
- Source candidates and build pipelines for open positions.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and summarize qualifications for hiring teams.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain recruiting records in the ATS.
- Support hiring managers and the People & Culture team with recruitment process needs.
- 1-2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related experience.
- Experience sourcing candidates through online platforms, job boards, referrals, or similar recruiting channels.
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and candidate communications at the same time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Recruiting experience in a manufacturing, staffing, or high-volume hiring environment.
- Experience supporting hiring managers and maintaining candidate pipelines in an ATS.
