Job Title: Recruiter
Pay Rate: $32.00/hr
Physical Work Location: 145 Lt. George W. Lee, Memphis, TN 38103 - ON SITE
Shift:  Business Standard Hours 
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite (Downtown Memphis), 2 days work from home (flexible)
Anticipated Duration: 6-month contract with a possible extension based on performance. 
Start Date: ASAP

Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Recruiters to join our team on a 6-month assignment. In this role, you will support full-cycle recruiting efforts by identifying, screening, and engaging qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Source qualified candidates using databases, networking, internet tools, referrals, and outreach strategies
Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and qualifications
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employment records
Communicate with applicants regarding job opportunities and application status
Provide information about company operations, culture, and career opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
Basic negotiation and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Basic understanding of hiring practices, policies, and procedures
Familiarity with recruitment processes and talent acquisition principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent training)
0–2 years of recruiting or related experience
