Spanish Recruiter

What You’ll Do:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for non-profit roles
Set up and manage ATS systems within ADP
Partner closely with department managers to define hiring needs
Create detailed job specifications and compelling job descriptions
Post jobs, source candidates, and track them through the hiring funnel
Review applications, distribute and evaluate tests, and schedule interviews
Maintain job logs and candidate records for future hiring needs
Stay current with job market trends and best hiring practices
Support hiring decisions under the guidance of the Non-Profit Recruiting Officer
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of HR or recruiting experience
Strong background in non-profit recruiting
Experience with ADP (payroll & ATS)
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in HR, Administration, Communications, or related field
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple open roles
