Position: Corporate Collections Representative
Location: Rochester, NY (Near 14623)
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
Work Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM (40 hours per week)
Background and Drug screening required.

Qualifications:
• Required: Collection experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: Customer service, finance, accounting, or payroll.
• Call Center Experience: Preferred.
• Technical Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access knowledge.
• Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Job Summary:
• Responsible for accurate and timely resolution of all bank returned items.
• Provides quality customer service to internal/external customers while mitigating risk to the company.
• Educates clients, branches, and product areas on the resolution process and provides alternate service options when necessary.
• Researches and resolves product and service issues from the field and clients.
• Handles client objections through mentorship and manages returns to completion to recover lost revenue.
• Handles return resolutions and inbound phone requirements to meet departmental standards.
• Processes new and pending returned items daily for assigned products.
• Ensures accuracy and timeliness of updates to avoid penalties and service-related issues.
• Maintains daily call requirements based on forecasts.
• Ensures adherence to the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, NACHA, and other regulatory agencies.
