Who We're Looking For
Professional and welcoming communication style
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience managing front desks, phones, and office supplies
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
Experience booking meetings, handling vendors, or supporting HR/admin tasks is a plus
Previous experience in an office support, receptionist, or coordinator role preferred
Common Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors and clients in-person or over the phone
Manage schedules, conference rooms, and office calendars
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Order and restock office supplies and snacks
Support basic HR or admin projects as needed
Keep the office organized, tidy, and running efficiently
