Join a highly respected national law firm with a tight-knit, professional Boise office! We’re seeking a mature, friendly, and adaptable individual to take on the role of Sr. Receptionist & Switchboard Operator. You’ll be 1 of 2 key team members supporting office services – combining classic front desk responsibilities with hospitality, mailroom, and copy center support.
This is a client-facing position that interacts regularly with the firm’s attorneys and partners, so professionalism and a personable attitude are essential. The right candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and be comfortable managing a range of physical and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet all visitors and assist with facility access
• Answer and transfer incoming calls from across the U.S.
• Distribute badges, issue loaner cell phones, and maintain contact lists
• Schedule conference rooms and assist with hospitality needs
• Handle mailroom, light administrative tasks, and PC support
• Assist with labeling, copying, and other shared office tasks

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of switchboard or front desk experience
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Professional presence with the ability to adapt to a casual, close-knit team
• Capable of standing/walking for extended periods and pushing/pulling carts
