Position Overview
This position provides front-desk and switchboard support by greeting visitors, assisting with sign-in, and answering and routing incoming calls from across the United States. The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working with computers and office systems.

Qualifications (Education, Experience & Certifications)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one (1) year of prior switchboard or receptionist experience

Working Conditions, Mental & Physical Demands
• Office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal temperature and noise levels
• Work assignments are varied and require the ability to interpret and apply instructions and information
• Primarily sedentary role with some walking, standing, bending, reaching, and light lifting
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 lbs (e.g., papers, files, small office materials)
• Moderate dexterity required, including use of a keyboard, calculator, and basic office tools

Responsibilities
Position Profile:
Provides exceptional service to the business by greeting and assisting visitors and answering and transferring incoming calls nationwide.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and provide front-desk assistance
• Assist visitors and temporary employees with sign-in and badge distribution
• Answer and transfer incoming calls from across the United States
• Schedule and coordinate meeting room usage
• Update and maintain company phone lists, speed dial lists, company calendar, and Brag Board
• Update automated messaging systems daily
• Perform light administrative and PC support duties as needed
• Assist Administration and other teams with tasks such as labeling envelopes and compiling manuals
• Order, maintain, and distribute promotional items for the Promotional Store
• Participate in company and community service events
• Act as a role model for company Vision, Values, and Mission
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and internal teams
• Perform additional duties as assigned
